I have figured something out. I am American in my mind. I work like it is the only thing that matters. Norwegians aren’t like that. They are like the French. They take their time. They address the situation, adapt and wait for change to happen. Damn. I am a neurotic freak here. I bust my ass to complete many self-assigned missions only to complete some.. and no one notices anyway. In other words… I am working hard in the wrong way.The work ethic here is far from the US. I feel like, even when I am on vacation, I should be working. I seriously need to get back to the one who would profess patience and relaxitude.

Are you kidding? Have you finally understood that competition is natural and that humans strive to attain the unnatural, the uncommon? Have you become a cogntive dissident?
