Well, I am on Fall Break. 9 Days..woo hoo! Last night I bottled my home brewed beer, all 22 liters of it, and put it in the walk-in fridge that is turned off for the moment. Fantastic. It’s a Danish Pilsner. Hopefully it turns out right. I used the hydrometer to check how things were going. It said it was perfect for bottling. Now I must wait 6-10 days. I’ll wait ten and then fire up the fridge.

Having the new Macbook has been really great. I love the mobility I lacked with my G4 eMac. I tried VMware and it runs Windows XP just fine. I uninstalled it though. I just can’t seem to get myself to allow XP to run on this beautiful machine. I may reinstall it with Boot Camp.. Whatever.

I went to Oslo today. Anyone driven through Oslo, in a hurry, during high traffic times? The city is beautiful and extremely difficult to understand and navigate. I really have no idea how I got to my destination. It was sheer luck.

I am back to blogging again, as promised. I think you will see many more interesting posts here in the near future. This post, on the other hand, was not in any way interesting.
