It’s the 25th… of December.
I am ….really…happy …for … whatever.
This is a big sham. I am beginning to feel that it is.
What I dig:
Showing up with presents for the kids/wife randomly throughout the year.
Surprising my family with love and affection throughout the year. After all, they are my family.
Trying to be kind and nice to others … Fuck man.. This time is the worst for that… C’mon! People are fucking assholes right now just to get gifts for others.. Just to fucking be ‘nice’. WTF.
What I do not dig:
Companies trying to get ‘black’ for the Christmas season.. I pray for a Grinch to come an steal it all. Where is our modern day Robin Hood?
This shit is all a marketing scam. I believe that you give to those you love all year long. This is something the NASDAQ counts on. Fuck them . They bet on death and destruction.
Yeah, I’m being a Christmas downer, but damn the dude wasn’t even born around now. It’s a fucking pagan holiday. Makes sense doesn’t it? Spend your money fuckers. I know I did. On plastic crap that makes my kids go… ‘WOW! ” and three days later …well… you know..
Let’s just sit back and relax. How about that? We’ll call it “sit back and relax for three days” day. That’s what most Americans need. That is what every damn person needs. Including those bastards in Iraq. Fuck… If I stayed in I wouldn’t be here.. I would be there.
Did I mention I got my discharge papers right before I came here to Norway? The same week I was leaving. I was this close to being another number chalked up and shot in the head.
I hope you all think of those poor bastards at least once tonight.
