Discopants and Haircuts

Yes, that is what it took for me to get some temporary internet service here. Due to some computer (hah!) problems I have been fighting to get internet service here since before we moved in. My neighbor has it. My other neighbors have it… But I have been bouncing around a sea of incompetance trying to get service for myself. So for now I am mooching off a reluctant neighbor, whom I barely know. I persuaded him to point his router in my direction after giving him my last Cuban Cigar and a six-pack of Tuborg.. I have then fashioned better antenna that is made up of parts from an old ibook and an old lynksys router. All this and I get only 2 bars of strength…. But it works and that is what counts.

Where’s here? Well, my friends, I am in a new house. A huge, 4 bedroom, 2 full baths, 2 living room, huge ass house. We moved here towards the end of September and have been plenty busy since then.

It has been the most eventful, incredible, painful and wonderful couple months I have had here. I will try to post more tonight..
