Discopants and Haircuts

About 12 years ago I was an asshole to my dear friend Joe. I was a REAL asshole. I mean, it was certifiable asshole in nature. I stuck him with all kinds of shit, bills and explanations…. Then, in a stroke of pure idiocy, I fucked him over again. My ex assaulted him. I sided with her.

I sit here with that thought today. I feel bad about it. I wish it never happened. I wish I could take it back. He was a great friend to me.

So do we talk? Yeah, we still talk.. but it’s not the same.

I have few regrets in my life.. but the ones I do have are dooozies..
