As for the lot of you…

I feel a mojo thing happening. Last I remember I lost my mojo back in the summer of ‘05. But I think the shit is changing.
I took two practice tests this week. Level 2 and level 3 Norwegian. They’re standard tests to show your ability in the Norwegian Language. Level two, I believe, is up to grade 8 in the US. Level Three is the High School Level Equivalency test. I aced the level two but feel like I did so-so on the level three.
The thing is, I really feel like I have shifted to a new level of understanding. I listen to the radio and, suddenly, everything is making sense… Learning a new language is a really interesting experience. There are levels you walk. I feel confident in my understanding and then feel like I am making no progress for awhile. Suddenly the doors open up. Suddenly there is a new world of understanding. It’s invigorating and frustrating at the same time.
I shall draw my experience in learning a new language:

Geek Part II

I am in no way an expert in the ways of Zen Computing. I simply like to portray myself as knowing what is up. Sure, I know more than the average guy, but I am clueless when it comes to these Windows computers. Sad, I know..
My Step-father,the last time he visited, gave me an Intell Pentium II laptop with 64 mb ram.. . It worked well as a paper weight for important documents. I tried installing several different versions of Linux.. But none, I felt, were what I needed. That’s not saying linux is bad.. it’s just saying that, for a damn old computer laptop, I wasn’t getting the vibe.. Then I stumbled upon.. Tiny XP.. a hacked up, all crazy, nutty version of Windows XP. It’s freakin’ crazy. Completely simple.. Extremely easy to install and it fucking works well.. I’m impressed. 150mb and it runs on this damn old laptop…
I have heard of many using it on their nice systems with no complaints.. just a better running, faster running computer..
And it was good.
End of geeky sermons..
