What a freakin’ day. What a freakin’ week. Irish man O’Pantahe has the closest thing to a job teaching that he could get.

I have been attending a Norwegian language course/job placement program for only two weeks now. Well, they placed me in a school as an English teacher/computer teacher as a way of improving my Norwegian and getting my foot in the door. I  went for an interview today that was supposed to be one half hour. It turned out to be a 2 1/2 hour chat. The administrators were wonderful. They spoke only Norwegian, but I held my own fellow Panters. I will be there until June. Then we’ll see how it goes. Either way, job or no job after, I will have had experience in a Norwegian High School. It’s either references or a job. Plus a bonus.. having been immersed in the Norwegian language for 5 months. Sweet. Best news I have had in a long time.
